EVENT FACILITIES
Facility Fees include tables, chairs, linens, china, silver, crystal, set-up, and breakdown. Times and Facility Fees will be quoted based on the function, date, time and set-up requirements, and will be reflected in your agreement. All of the facilities listed below are equipped with complimentary wireless internet and an on-site catering manager to accommodate all of your needs. Dennen Room: The Denned room is located adjacent to the Main Dining Room in the restaurant. The Dennen room can serve as a private dining space for up to 12 people or a small conference room holding up to 8 people. Lower Dining Room: The Lower Dining Room is located just west of the Main Dining Room. It has windows surrounding the room which allow copious amounts of natural light and also an amazing ocean view. It also has an attached outdoor patio area that can serve as a breakout space or a cocktail reception. The Lower Dining Room can be used in conjunction with the Main Dining room or the Lounge as a great multifunctional space for meetings or events. Garden Room: The Garden Room is located contiguously to the main dining room. It is surrounded by windows on two walls and allows great natural lighting. When used in conjunction with the Main Dining Room it affords enough room to accommodate an event up to 116 people. Library: The Library is a newly renovated space that offers any group a completely private space with a multitude of amenities including state of the art technology and equipment while also providing the comfort a wood-burning fireplace. It is a multifunctional space that can accommodate up to 20 people for a conference, presentation or for an event such as a private movie screening. The large windows and French doors allow generous amounts of natural light and unobstructed ocean views with French doors opening onto a private patio. The room also offers a small area to the rear of the room that is perfect for a refreshment table or display area. Lounge: The Lounge is a great area for a reception or dinner. With amazing views through a wall of floor to ceiling windows it offers expansive ocean views. It is a great space for a dinner event or cocktail reception. With its large hearth fireplace and attached bar area it can be combined to create the perfect space for entertaining. Main Dining Room: The Main Dining Room is a large enough space to accommodate a meeting of 35 people or a banquet for 80 people. Used in conjunction with the Garden Room this space can accommodate up to 116 people and is a perfect location for a private dinner or meeting. |
