Heritage House

is approximately three and one half hours
from San Francisco, four hours from Sacramento,
three hours from Eureka and two hours from Santa Rosa.

Heritage House is located in the coastal community of Little River. It can be reached from the South, North and East in many different ways. No matter the route, the scenery is beautiful.

From Eureka we recommend that you take Highway 101 south to Willits. In Willits turn west on Highway 20 and proceed to the coast just south of Fort Bragg where you will join Highway One. Turn south on Highway One and proceed to Little River where you will find Heritage House on the Ocean side of the highway.

From San Francisco we recommend that you take Highway 101 north to Cloverdale. The third Cloverdale Exit will give you access to Highway 128 West. Take this highway along the Navarro River through the Anderson Valley wine country and a beautiful redwood forest to the mouth of the river where you will find Highway One. Turn north and proceed to Heritage House in Little River. You will see our sign on the Ocean side of the highway.
...a leisurely stroll along the cliffside - to the gazebo at the northern end from which you can watch the big waves crash against even bigger rocks 60 feet below, or to the beach at the southern end. Or to the little pond where we exchange quacks with the resident Muscovy ducks."
