BREATHE DEEP

If you're in the mood take a walk on the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean at one of many nearby coastal state and county parks. The tide pools are wonderful, the beaches are clean, and the scenery is spectacular. 

Due to the prevailing weather patterns in our part of California the sea air along our coastline is some of the purest anywhere. Breathe deep - it will do you good!
